We have put together a comprehensive pre-arrival checklist to ensure a smooth transition into your new home, designed to provide you with all the necessary information and guidance you need to make your arrival and settling-in process as seamless and enjoyable as possible.
We look forward to making your stay with us comfortable, convenient, and unforgettable.

Check in time
Check-in from 3pm

Front desk hours
9am – 6pm Monday to Sunday
If you’re arriving outside of these hours, call our Resident Leaders on 0455 227 007 and they will check you in.

Documents to bring
Passport / Photo ID
Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) / Proof of enrolment

What to pack
All Iglu properties come fully furnished but there are certain things you’ll still need to bring.

Iglu linen kits
There is a lot to think about when you’re moving to a new home and we want to make it as smooth as possible for you.
That’s where one of our handy linen packs comes in. With a quilt, quilt cover, pillows, bed linen and towels, it has everything you need to freshen up, make your bed and settle in for a good night’s sleep.
How much are they?
- King Single Sized Bed (Shared apartments) – $155 AUD
- Double Sized Bed (Studio apartments) – $175 AUD
It’s easy to order one!
If you would like to order a linen pack, simply fill in the form at the link below. The property team will confirm availability and then look after the rest for you. Stocks are limited so it is best to order ahead to avoid disappointment.

Where to buy
Grabbing supplies to set up your apartment is ultra convenient from Iglu South Yarra with plenty of shops within walking distance.
You can get all your daily grocery items from Woolworths.
Just 350 metres away is 670 Chapel shopping centre where you’ll find you’ll find bed linen, towels, toiletries, kitchenware and cutlery at Big W.
